Bite block with two cylinders for VDO and bite registration

Doctor Performs:

Seat verification jig and confirm passive fit

Capture bite record using the bite block

Jig misfit requires suction and new pickup impression with custom tray.

Purpose:

Verify implant position, bar accuracy, and bite before prosthesis fabrication.

How is clip retention calibrated and adjusted?

Clip retention is calibrated per Rx during final processing. Clips are replaceable and can be swapped chairside for stronger or weaker retention without remaking the prosthesis.

How often do clips need replacement?

Typically every 1–3 years depending on wear patterns and patient hygiene. Replacement is chairside and inexpensive — the bar and prosthesis are unaffected.

Can I switch a NeoClip™ patient to NeoFix™ later?

Sometimes — depends on the bar design and patient anatomy. Contact your account manager early; the bar may need modification to support a fixed prosthesis.
